"I’ll start by saying that my wife and I can’t recommend 4-D enough! Dustin is a fantastic owner. If you’re looking for a company that truly takes pride in what they do, and bends over backwards to make sure their customers aren’t left hanging, this is the well company you should call. Obviously no one wants to have to replace a well pump, pressure tank, and other corresponding parts, but when we called 4-D because we were experiencing low water pressure and sediment build up, Dustin was able to come over the next day and walked us through all the possibilities of what may be wrong. We started with replacing the pressure gage (which was old and needed to be replaced anyway) to make sure that wasn’t giving off fault readings and tripping up the system. Once that cleared, we had Dustin pull the well pump out to determine what we were up against. That too was over 25 years old, so we opted to have a new one installed and repositioned with added screening protection to ensure sediment wouldn’t continue to hinder our water pressure. Since the sediment had built up so much in our water lines, we are needing to replace our pressure tank and water softener (which are also nearly 25 years old), but replacing the well pump and cleaning it out was the first step. I am writing this review while we are still working with Dustin, but because he is such a good guy, he came over after working all day to clear out as much sediment as he could to try and restore our water pressure (which had completely died due to all the sediment in our lines) for the next few days before he installs our new pressure tank and another company comes to install the water softener. He did not have to go out of his way to bail us out and act as a volunteer plumber tonight, but he did and was able to nearly restore our water pressure to where it should be. He is a top tier person running a top tier company. If you want to deal with a company whose owner works with his customers directly and goes above and beyond, this is the only place you should call when you are in a situation like this. "Honest, to the point consultation. Dustin came in and inspected our well system and fixed what previous plumbers and our inspector failed to notice/correct. Other plumbers in the area were pushing for over-the-top solutions that were unnecessary. Thank you, 4_D, I intend on sticking with you!"

Great company
"It was time for an update for my well water system as it was failing. I contacted Dustin as he was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! Dustin and I discussed options to repairing or replacing my failing water system. We decided to update to a variable speed water pump with high end controller which will provide constant water pressure. Dustin arrived around 9 am and replaced our old system with water running by noon. We are so happy with this decision as we no longer hear the pressure switch from the old system clunking and the water is at a constant 65 psi. It is so nice to wash the car or take a shower with great continuous pressure! We learned that there are companies out there that do not install components properly or use older technology. It is tough to know how the system was installed since it is concealed underground. If you are looking for a professional company to repair or install quality well system components, provide quality service, I highly recommend 4-D and Dustin is your man!"

"We had no water at our home in the Waterford/Muskego area and called 4-D Water Well & Pump Service. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue right away.
They found the problem was a failed motor control box, explained everything clearly, and got us back up and running for now. They didn’t try to oversell anything and walked us through the next steps, including a well pump replacement that we’ll be scheduling soon.
If you’re dealing with no water, low water pressure, or well pump issues, I highly recommend 4-D Water. They are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They responded quickly and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
