"Dustin replaced our well pump, well housing, pressure tank and gauges, and miscellaneous accompanying plumbing piping, and parts. We knew our well was old, as it was original to the house when we bought it 22 years ago. We wanted to be precautionary and replace the pump on our terms before it inevitably failed, and then need an emergency call. Dustin was able to give us an initial quote by submitting photos, and he answered all questions regarding the job. His pricing was very competitive, and we went with him based on all the high ranking reviews he had. We were so glad we did! On the day of the job, he set up his truck to pull the well and piping, and went to work. He was very thorough and professional through the whole process, and we were so happy with his work. Upon removal of the pump, he confirmed our pump was from 1979 (46 years old!) We were amazed it lasted that long, and he confirmed it wasn’t long for this world. After full completion of the job, he went over everything he did, and thoroughly explained it all to my wife and I. Dustin made sure to properly clean up the site, which we truly appreciated, and was very meticulous throughout the whole process. After the install, we were shocked how quiet the new pull was! Our old pump vibrated the basement a bit when it recharged, and we were always used to it. Now, the only thing we hear is the clicking of the relay box/pressure switch when it calls for pressure on cut in, and then again when it cuts out. You have to put your ear right next to the piping to actually hear the pump run. I never knew that’s how they were supposed to run like! All in all, we were so happy with Dustin and 4-D, and we can’t recommend him enough to anyone who needs to address well related issues. Thanks again Dustin!"

"I called them on a Sunday and Dustin was at my house 2 hours later to look at my pump. He was able to diagnose the issue was not with the pump quickly and referred me to the proper resolution. His attention to my call was very much appreciated and would highly recommend them."
