"I don't normally do reviews but my recent contact with 4D and the owners Donna and Dave Woyak was such a pleasant experience that I felt compelled to write this review. I would like to start by saying this a MUST use company! There are not enough superlative words to describe my satisfaction with both the company's services and the owners. My recent contact began after returning home late at night from an out of town trip to find that my house had no running water. Believing the problem to be a faulty pressure tank I contacted a different plumber the following morning who diagnosed it as a pump problem and not with the pressure tank. As he no longer does well drilling, he provided me with the names of several area drilling companies, one of which was 4D. I then contacted 4D and spoke with Donna who stated that she would have someone at my house that day to check things out. I left for work and when I returned home on my lunch hour, the workmen had just finished replacing the pump. They advised me that I also had a pin size hole in the pressure tank so it would need to be replaced. Additionally, that the above ground pipe has to be replaced prior to my selling the house as it doesn't meet the current code. The workmen were very polite, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. In no way, were the men dismissive or talked down to me because I was a "woman". Lastly, I would like to mention that 4D's service rates seem to be very fair and reasonable and if anything, underpriced from their competitors. Unlike so many other companies, 4D does not price gouge the consumer for emergency type services. "

"My brother's barn had a water valve burst when it was -15 degrees. Sure enough, Dave to the rescue at 6am on a Saturday! Even the jackrabbits were frozen into bed at that time, but Dave came out. Companies are defined, not by the things they say, but by the things they do. A+++++ service!"
