"4-D Water Well & Pump Service was recommended by another well known company who could not take another customer in a timely way. I needed a well chlorination because my house had an accepted offer. The 4-D recommendation was a blessing starting with Donna who set up the appointment. She was so patient, kind, helpful, and had all the information that I needed. The technicians, Luke and Tim were sent and, they also were very kind, helpful, thoughtful, and answered ALL questions without hesitation. I would positively recommend them to anyone who needed their service, in fact, I'm leaving their name, phone no., etc., with the new owner of my ex- home, should they ever need their service. . . . . . ."

"We just had the most wonderful experience with 4 D Water, Well and Pump LLC. Consequently, we are compelled to write of their outstanding care and service. We are new to the Delafield area, so when our water disappeared last night, we were very concerned. We phoned the service company whose sticker was on our pump, but they could not get to us for TWO weeks! We asked for a referral and they suggested calling David at 4D. Quite honestly, it was the best call we've made in a long time. David and his associate, Luke, were at our home by 8:10am. Evaluated the situation and broke the bad news to us gently. Within 4 hours, I have running water again, clearer and more forceful. What impressed us most about David and 4 D, was his sincere, genuine approach. His fee was very reasonable and he offered ways to help to try and ease the burden. We now have the 4 D sticker on our pump and feel good knowing that someone the caliber of David, will be handling any water problems that might arrive in the future. Thank you David and Luke ~ you both literally saved the day!"

"What a great down to earth company of good people! I had reached out to see if they’d work through my warranty company and not only did they accommodate my initial request, they went to bat for me to ensure the warranty company would cover the lion’s share of the repair. Beyond true initial interaction, our well pump was upgraded to the correct version for our home, the well was cleaned and for the first time since we’ve been in our house we have more water pressure than we’ve ever had! Highly recommend."
